They told me they would not charge me any late fees and I could just make a double payment on the next due date. Well the next due date came and not only had they charged me a late fee.. they charged two late fees. The lady was rude and basically called me a liar about what she had told me previously... like I just made that up or something. So my little $250 loan became a $400 nightmare. They refuse to take payments over the phone and only accept cash and with me being in recovery from my surgery still it is very hard for me to get out and about. This place is the worst to deal with wish I had never went through them at all. Such liars and scam artists. This place is horrible.

I hired William to paint a bedroom and a small bathroom. The bedroom turned out okay, there were a few minor mistakes, but overall it was acceptable. The bathroom, however, was a different story. I was quoted for priming and painting the bathroom walls, but it was clear that no primer was used. The paint job itself looked rushed and unprofessional, with several areas needing touch-ups. Worse, there was paint splattered on the counters, mirror, door, lightbulbs, and even the walls. It took me over two hours to clean everything up. I sent William photos and asked about the charge for priming, hoping for a resolution. It's now been five days with no response. I gave him a chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and the poor quality in the bathroom make it hard for me to recommend his services.

Amazing work, came over to fix a frozen pvc pipe, and he gave a great quote on getting more work…read moredone that I had been putting off. I had some bad external plumbing on a studio in my back yard, he moved everything inside the wall, removed all the pvc for pex, and has worked perfectly. After this amazing job I recommended him to do some work at my dads house, he has had trouble with his hot water pipes leaking through the house for multiple years at this point, he spent a lot of money and never got anyone to fix it up. Donnie came right over, gave him an amazing quote, and rerouted all of the hot water away from the old pipes. I will definetly be coming back to Donnie for the foreseable future with any plumbing issues.
