i will not recommend at all , a year later they took out 589 out my account without permissions do not trust this company

I've been a loyal Speedy Cash customer for over 15 years, but today you've officially lost me. I borrowed $600 and have already made six payments of $168 ,over $1,000 , yet I'm being told I still owe $785. That's more than the original loan, and it's completely unacceptable. This isn't financial help , it's predatory and abusive. After so many years of trusting your company, I'm disappointed and disheartened to see how unfair your practices have become. These people are FRAUD....from my previous experience, they will keep you in loop and keep adding, adding and adding interest even when you paid off your account. I wish I could rate a 0 but there is no option. All I needed to do was take funds out of my Opt+ card. The lady continuously tried to swipe it and the card wouldn't work. I kindly asked for them to type in the card manually, but they said it wasn't possible. So I basically created a loan that I CANT use because the card is unreadable to them, yet when I tried it at an ATM, it worked just fine. The lady there failed to understand that I needed those funds badly but showed no concern, nor offered to help me further. I called and asked to change my loan to in-store pickup and they couldn't do that either. Speedy Cash is behind when it comes to technology. read more

If I could I would give this place a 0 rating. This is by far the worst loan place ever. Don't make the same mistake I did for a loan. These people are crooks. First of all when you apply for a loan they want your life history. Second when you apply for a loan there is so much red tape involved. Third their interest rates are sky high and through the roof. Forth most of the help or rude and very unfriendly. I tried to pay off my loan by giving them a check, and I was told they only took cash, so I had to drive back to my bank to get cash. I had to drive a total of 28 miles (7 miles. - 2 trips). I should have deducted for gas. Their app sucks also. I had nothing but trouble with I. They give you a worthless card which never worked. Praise GOD, i,'ll NEVER do business with these idiots EVER again. I want to tell everyone how sorry this place is and how sorry those people are that work there. So I come to place that I come to very often to get money orders and loans and have a girl by the name Jocelyn begin to count my cash 1150. The first count she was just very slow almost like she wasn't comfortable. She began second count and got a call so instead of placing the call on hold she start helping person on phone. I'm thinking why would she do that counting a large amount of money but figured she would restart, she finished the call then started where she left off. So she began a count again and said it's not 1150 said she counted 3 times and it wasn't what I told her. I told her was she sure cause I counted twice in my car before I came in so I did the count took me like 20 30 seconds hand it to her and said it 1150 . She calls a manager guy and counts and he was pretty quick like me and said it was a 1150. My main issue was 3 times you got wrong amount she definitely don't need to be counting money. She started being rude cause she was corrected then still with no money orders in my hand goes has a convo with the guy and I'm still waiting for my money orders .
