I have finally found a loan company with great customer service and transparent loan terms.  I was…read moregreeted by Alex at the door, which made me feel welcome and comfortable in a daunting situation.    Alex walked me through the process which was easily completed with a few documents and answered questions.  Once my request was processed Alex presented the loan amount and their terms.  The last company I went to this part was done too fast, but not here.  He explained my options,what my payments would be, how only paying the minimum wouldn't be in my best interest, haha get it?  But seriously, he cared about me as a human not just an account number.  I'll never go anywhere else!
