Got my card out and went to another atm and it kept loading for 2 minutes until it said sorry atm out of service and now my card is stuck. Now I have to leave it in there and go home, go to bed with the worry of someone having access to my card if my card magically pops out. I swear nothing at this CU is ever easy. It's the absolute worse. Only reason I bank here is because I have a mortgage with them and Im truly considering refinancing with Rbfcu with a higher interest rate just to get out! I can't even Zelle my money to Rbfcu (primary bank) because there's ALWAYS an issue on rally's side!!!! Do not bank here!

By far the most disappointing credit union I have ever worked with. I chose to make biweekly…read morepayments on my loan with the intention of staying ahead, yet their system shows me as past due. When I called customer service for clarification, I was told there would be a $2 fee just to review my account. I have a loan with another institution where biweekly payments have kept me ahead with no issues. In addition, this credit union does not allow you to make principal-only payments directly online--you must call and speak with an agent, and in many cases they attempt to charge a $15 fee for the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this credit union.
