( mind you im putting my dads card in the machine says his name) apparently it pulls up my security service account i call my dad and explain too him whats going on were both confused at this moment she knew she messed up. So then i tell the lady are you trying MY account and she says yes... so then i tell her okay you need to do his account she denies me how stupid im on the phone too my dad i legit called him right in front of the lady and she still did not do anything how stupid!!! fire this lady it was Wednesday at 3pm september 9 2026 as i walk in she was the one too the left very unprofessional!!!
