There was limited parking and we saw some cars parked alongside the Denny's. We decided to park there since there was no sign that says no parking and the curb was not red. After the show, we came back to realize our car was gone. The workers at Shell called a Tow Truck to remove our car. The service they used brought it to a facility that is not open on weekends. We live in Phoenix and now we have to wait until Monday (it's Saturday) to get our car back, and the workers at Shell simply did not care less. We explained our situation and they just yelled back saying they didn't care. Terrible customer service, and truly just the worst human beings I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and never come here. Truly disgusted with the workers and atmosphere.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and on POINT with both side ringing up customers. The bathrooms are clean, the made to order food is excellent...and I still love the jalapeno cheese hot dogs! (yes I know they are bad for me). The soft drink machines are cleaned regularly...though I must admit they are much higher priced for a refill than Circle K. I do wish they had a rewards program like their competitor, however I still LOVE QT!

But, I just hate it like some people hate taking out the trash. This is on the main drag to my office so I stop when I have no choice. My car according to the manual has a 10.538 gallon tank. Amazingly, when I pump gas at this location my car takes nearly 12 gallons. Weird huh? Not really, it happened in our other cars and others in my office as well. I came here just before 10:00pm on a Tuesday night, and first tried to put air in my tires. I was shocked to see that they charged $1.50 to use the air pump for 5 minutes. It's air! Most other gas stations I have visited let you use their pumps for free. The lack of free air here makes no sense to me. In addition to that, when I walked in, one of the employees was just leaving work. Unfortunately, she left the place in bad condition. The soda fountain area was absolutely disgusting, as the counters were caked in sticky soda residue. The floor was sticky as well, no doubt thanks to their lack of cleaning. Still, the store is conveniently located and well stocked. It would be a lot better if it were cleaner.
