They even offer you more if you finish your portion of bread. we went ahead and tried the lobster bisque and it was fabulous and definitely one of if not my favorite one I have tried. We also got the homemade Italian sausage as a appetizer and it was loveely. the flavor was great and the sauce was outstanding. the chicken marsala is amazing, and the asiago whipped potatoes are phenomenal. The chicken picatta was light and the perfect amount of flavor. Definitely get the mashed potatoes even if it is a side!!! Definitely go here!

This is unfathomable to me in 2026, particularly with the size of a small cone for $2.60. It just feels like a throwback. Friendly teenagers working collecting tips for college, cash only (I'm sure bad for many but nostalgic for me), the hand drawn signs. I just really enjoyed it. Maybe 4 stars for ice cream of this style (soft serve), and it doesn't really compare to ice cream like Jeni's or Handel's, it's a different category. The lines can be long, and they're cash only. But once you get to the front of the line, the service is always friendly. But the art is amazing. All the hand-drawn pictures to go with the sundaes and the creative sundae names and toppings/mix-ins. Some of the sundaes are the same ones they served 30 years ago, others are new. The portions are huge. If I recall correctly, for a large cone they take it all the way down to the bottom of the machine (although I've never ordered one myself!) The cake sundaes are quart size. I usually go with a small or junior sundae and it's plenty. It's my go-to stop on the way home from Centennial Quarry in the summer, and one of the places that I take friends from out of town to give them a taste of Toledo culture. I hope they keep going for many more decades!

Chose the coconut milk, and was very happy to learn that anything, including Thai tea, can be made non-dairy. This is rather rare as the mix usually contains condensed milk or sodium caseinate already. It was excellent. Full, rich flavor and just the right sweetness level. I got it at 75% sweetness. I don't live here but would visit R&B again.

It's a great spot for the club. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious tables to play at. The bubble teas are very good with many creative and seasonal optiosn and lots of customization you can do. The one time I got a poke bowl it was also extremely good and a huge portion. I got it with almost all the mix-ins. There were SO MANY mix-ins. It's not really Hawaiian style poke, which tends to be just fish with few other ingredients. But it's perhaps more delicious for being less authentic -- the poke in Hawaii hasn't appealed to me much, I don't usually crave like just a big pile of raw fish.
