This should have been the part where she told me it wasn't actual Chai tea but a processed concentrate loaded with sugar. I obvi couldn't finish it once I discovered the sugar content, but on the upside now I know that most coffee shops serving "Chai" anything are actually using a syrup, not the actual tea. Even with the sugar mishap the place is darling and we will definitely return whenever we visit the Stuart/Jensen Beach area. The divorce lawyer next door had a hilarious sign we couldn't resist - I wonder if they're always this funny? We'll check it out next time - although I think I'll stick to a plain Latte with almond milk.

The mocha was tasty but the Belgian waffle was way too sweet and I didn't even use the syrup that it came with. The noise and inability to focus on my computer work lowered my rating for this place. However if you need to get an iced mocha on the go, highly recommend, as service was cheerful and the drink enjoyable.
