Long story short the pumps here are the slowest I've ever seen. Took 10 minutes for 14 gallon tank.

Are you KIDDING me with how perfect this coffee shop is. They have a very nice selection of coffee…read moredrinks and a pretty typical display case of baked goods. Actually, the latter they seem pretty proud of because when I came in this weekend the very friendly barista had pretty strong opinions about what coffee would go well with what baked good. I wound up with an awesome hot vanilla salted caramel latte and a nice chocolate croissant. But what really stays with me is how lively and enjoyable the environment is. Lots of families from the surrounding residential neighborhood, which is right on the Northern edge of St Paul, as well as people on their own making progress with their laptop activities. They have a lot of ourdoor seating, including a fenced in area which I assume is meant for dogs. There's a separate kids area with toys, and if you go further back there is a gift shop with very cute artisan items. This is a very happy place that I hope you will try!

It's right by my work, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! When you walk in, there are people gathered at tables both inside and out, and the space actually extends much farther back than you'd expect... even into a little hidden area or annex in the back. I ordered from their spring menu and got the pistachio rose latte with oat milk, along with a breakfast sandwich they customized for me without meat. Everything was delicious, and the vibes are immaculate! I'm already excited to go back on a sunny day to sit at the picnic tables or head into the quieter annex type rooms to get some work done. Such an interesting coffee shop--I can't wait to tell more people about it!

The inside is so cool and really gives a historic look into Saint Paul. Everywhere you can find a bustling amount of people having conversations and enjoying coffee. The staff here are wonderful often giving compliments to people coming in and saying hello to the regulars. This is a wonderful neighborhood and a wonderful coffee shop! Now, for the coffee. I love their coffee - whether it's a latte or a Matcha or iced or hot it's always amazing!! (I would gladly drive the 40 minutes out here to have their coffee). Thank you Nina's for continuing to be open under construction and always providing stellar service & coffee!!

The cafe was packed on a weekday morning. It's a good thing I was planning on taking a brewed out rather than hanging around. Hot fresh mellow brew and a wide selection of bakery, including hard to find biscotti. The crew was working quickly to keep the orders filled and no one at a table near the counter complained when I was crowded into them from someone rushing in front me..that's how packed it was. As some have mentioned don't expect curbside parking as you may have to walk a block or more from the side streets.

A gem!! Located across the street from Hamline University, Ginkgo offers great coffee drinks,…read moresandwiches, breakfast items, baked goods, and a welcoming environment. Best part? Open until 8 pm many evenings!! As a night owl, I appreciate any coffee shop that has extended hours past a typical shop. The service is always hands on and staff members are quick to move lines along and take orders right away. Having a presence at both CHS Field and the MN State Fair, I am all about supporting this local Saint Paul shop. Inside the shop, there are always unique gifts to purchase such as cards, jewelry, painting, t-shirts, etc. I always advocate for shopping small especially for holidays and birthdays. When I stopped in on Wednesday evening, to my surprise, there was an open mic music night and I enjoyed listening to all the artists. I recommend checking the website to keep up with with all the happening. Lastly, there is a nice parking lot around the backside of the building along with a cute patio for the warmer months. Enjoy!!

I had the root beer float and a breakfast burrito with turkey sausage. I know that sounds weird, but the heart wants what the heart wants. - I enjoyed the root beer float, but I would have liked a bit more ice cream. It was decent for the price. - I did find the burrito a bit bland. The salsa helped, but I think hot sauce would have really kicked it up a notch. Overall, I would come back and maybe try some more of the menu.

This is a small coffee shop almost to the downtown area. There is neighborhood parking all around(free) just make sure you are reading the signs correctly. As I walked in, it had such a cozy and welcoming feeling. The brick, smell of coffee and people chatting really gave this a classic coffee shop vibe! Almost like being in a book! The service... i asked for my coffee iced and to have oat milk. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. Now, I do like hot coffee, so I didn't complain and I will say the coffee was delicious. The temp was perfect for drinking right away. I am lactose intolerant, so I didn't realize I didn't get my oat milk until after I left if you catch my drift haha. The person taking my order seemed frazzled and wasn't very friendly. I had also ordered another baked goods but I guess she didn't hear because upon checking my receipt, it wasn't listed. It wasn't overly busy, but may be she was new? Not sure, but it did leave a bit of a bad taste for this place. The scone was very tasty and I would recommend getting it warmed up. I would give this place a try again, but it's not a place I plan to visit again soon.

I came in right before closing (like minutes before), but the barista was welcoming, friendly, and recommended the salty dog. It had caramel and chocolate.... I took my coffee to go, but decided right away I'll definitely be back for a December holiday drink or two (eggnog latte and peppermint mocha, I'm coming for you!). HUGE bonus in my book- parking is easy and free as it's street parking.
