During which I noticed a customer leaving. As the associate approached the door I asked her if I was mistaken that they were supposed to be open till 11pm to which she responded no. She further explained she was alone and not able to do the required closing tasks and safely keep an eye on the door. I had no problem with this and just told her I only wanted kerosene and immediately was let in for the purchase. She quickly transformed a potentially negative experience into a positive one. I'm all for safety but fully expect service during indicated hours.

I purchased $60.00 in gas and the machine asks me do I want a receipt. Of course, I said yes and of course, it tells me "clerk has receipt". So I take the time to go inside, because I have to since I can't get one at the pump, and I didn't pay attention to what pump I was at so when I get in there I tell the girl I don't know what pump I'm on but it was for $60. You could tell that slightly irritated her. She never said anything rude but she shook her head a little and kind of moved her hands like she was frustrated because I didn't know what pump I was on. So I'm saying this to say there is nothing more aggravating than to be asked about getting a receipt and then have to walk inside to get it. To avoid all frustration for both your customers and your cashiers please take the option for a receipt off the pump if you arent going to provide them at the pump. I don't know if it's because the owners/workers are too lazy to fill the machines or they just want you to come inside so you will purchase something but either way it's dang frustrating. I can guarantee you if I have to walk in for a receipt after being asked if I want one at the pump, I'm not going to buy anything extra.

This one would be a great one to upgrade to 250kW, just so your time in this purgatory of Tesla Superchargers is kept to a bare minimum. Awful.
