I think they take it very seriously too because just before I left, there were these three buttons to rate how clean it was in there also the woman working the register greeted me everyone that came in and greeted us on our way out. This year's customer service is giving me hope! Well done everyone! And it was so packed at 10pm but all the customers were nice too letting people pass by and being friendly. I love this for everyone.

Inside, the same layout as other Love's with roller hot dogs and such, lots of coffee options, coolers with drinks and some grab-and-go fresh food. Restrooms were reasonably clean - I pressed the "green" button on the way out. Love's also has the long stick squeegees in the pump area which makes it easy to clean the bugs off even the hardest to reach spots on my Sprinter! This station has less of a convenience store/gas station feel than most places I stop for gas. There is a small dispenser for snacks, and there are items like rock salt and propane near the pumps as well. But here are the things I'm not fond of: First, the overhead protection is narrow and barely extends over the last car (the slot where I pulled in.) The rain, with any wind at all, continues to soak the area and makes it risky about getting wet when filling the gas tank. Second, the shopping area where the Kroger is located is downhill from the highway and doesn't have a light for pulling back onto the highway where traffic can be moving at a pretty fast pace. I was fortunate to take advantage of a light to the east slow the flow of traffic from that direction, so I was able to get out, but there are other gas stations in the area with easier (safer) access. The pumps were in good condition and easy to use and I was able to quickly get my gas and go. Just not my favorite place to stop in the area. Review #3526

The parking is always a bit chaotic. There is a couple of street parking spots but there on Us 40 so they are a bit dangerous. They have a good selection for a small store. The employees are friendly. It's reasonably clean . I have a bit of an advantage because I don't always have to park because it is close enough to walk.

When I entered the bourbon section was in front of me. A friendly clerk acknowledged me. I asked for any allocated bourbon and was directed to the rear where they had a few nice selections. She stated they got a truck in this morning and most was already gone. The store was clean and presented nicely. They are one stop shop for Spirits. Wine & Beer. The staff remained friendly as I browsed the shelves for bourbon. She stated she was newer, but she wanted to learn more about whiskey. The selection was weak unfortunately. Prices were good. Although I left Big Red empty handed I was very impressed with the female staff who went out of her way to assist me. 3.5 rounding up with strong service.
