Well located off 94 in Livonia, but 10 cents more a gallon than the next exit east. Like most Speedways it's cramped and run down with mediocre coffee from machines. Staff are good, efficient, friendly. Doughnuts are fresher than at most Dunkins. The hot snacks are not as good as Kwik Trip, their breakfast sandwiches are best avoided. I got a flat tire on 96 today just before the Merriman exit and I was able to limp the car to this Speedway. I had 3 hours, waiting for roadside assistance, to really take it all in. Positives: + Well lit! He parking lot had good lighting and I wasn't uncomfortable sitting my car alone there. + Super lovely staff. I went in a few times to get beverages, snacks, and to look for a can of fix a flat (alas my tire was beyond that fix) and I told them I had a flat and was sitting in their parking lot and both cashiers I encountered were very nice and sympathetic. It was good to know they knew I was out there, too. + Big gulps and slurpees. It's not officially a 7-11 but you'll find these here! I got a XXL Diet Coke to keep my tired bones awake. Neutrals: ~ Small but a good amount of snacks, including a small cooler with ice cream and a few frozen foods. ~ And a small refrigerated area with more substantial eats like sandwiches, snack packs, etc. I got a Lunchable since I was hangry. First time I've had one of those in decades. They're not as good as I remember them being in my youth. ~ Whole lotta jerky. Negatives: - Previously mentioned-- it's small compared to other Speedways in the area. A lot of them have more of a market or convince store vibe and this definitely felt like a gas station. - I tried to top my tire off with air from the air pump after using fix a flat. I was excited to see they had disabled the pay feature and the air was free! But then I tried to use it and it didn't work. :( Overall, if you're going to get a flat tire (and I do not recommend you do) it's not a bad place to set up shop, but it's not exactly regal either. read more

This Speedway is in dire need of updates. It is on a very small lot and cannot be upgraded with a larger size building, but there's still a lot they could do. The whole place is crumbling and rusting apart. There also always seems to be one or two pumps that's out of order. They get a ton of traffic since they're so close to I-96 and it's in a convenient corner. I'm sure the small lot is why this location doesn't get any TLC. Hopefully they fix it up someday. On July 10th 2023 I purchased gasoline and went into the store between 12:30 and 12:50 PM to cash in lottery tickets. I checked the dollar amount on the lottery scanner and knew what the payout should be. Clerk Sydney told me my $100.00 ticket had already been cashed in. After an extensive back and forth dispute, her co worker scanned the ticket, printed out the $100.00 verification slip and told Sydney to pay me for the ticket. She then became very nervous with hands visibly shaking said she didn't have money enough in the cash register. Her co worker did give me the money for the ticket but this was a VERY shady experience. read more

This place used to be my favorite speedway to stop at. It's gone completely down hill. More than once in the past two weeks I've gone in and they can only except cash. The coffee tastes burnt quite often. This morning was the cherry on top when there was NO coffee and no cups. The garbage was overflowing by the coffee station and the employees were super rude. read more

BAD GAS- I got gas here and within 5 minutes of driving my car completely shut off and is not running. They sell bad gas here, completely ruined my weekend plans and my car. horrible horrible place do not get gas here. Currently in a tow truck and then dealing with getting this gas out. What a pit. Not just from the average clientele that comes through, but my gas pump's machine's keypad didn't work, forcing me into the store just to fill up. And stand in line behind half a dozen people buying packs of cigarettes and/or several bottles of overpriced soda, with cash. Only reason for the extra star was the cashier was friendly. Not a pit, but this location is way overdue for updating. Both parking lot and entry from Merriman are rough, and inside can get cramped quick. Icee machine has uptime issues as well on a regular basis. Workers though? Friendly and they hustle. I'd rate higher, but the building has seen better days. read more

This Speedway is BEYOND need of repair, updating, cleaning, expansion and renovation!! I dread going here so I will go out of my way to go to the Mobil across the street even though it is difficult to turn left out of there. It's very disappointing when I compare this Speedway to others that I have visited, it's like night and day and extremely unfortunate. The business behind/next to them has recently gone out of business so the building sits vacant. I can only hope they buy that up and totally rebuild or add on. As a member of the Livonia community it is quite disappointing. Their parking lot is a whole other story. I don't know why they let this go.... read more
