I have been going to the station for years both for gas and also for kerosene. Never had an issue except over the past few months and then my last visit on 1/25/26. Went to get kerosene and noticed there was a car at the pump but no one pumping so I went inside and as the African American lady behind the counter "if there anyone already paid on kerosene?" I get this sarcastic nasty response "Well is there a car thjere ?Then there is someone on the pump. The african American gentleman tried to save the situation by saying sometimes people just park there so there may not be anyone paid yet" The woman actually gave him a nasty look before looking back at me with this scowl. I have noticed that lately the people they have been hiring have no customer service skills at all. Looks like i will be looking for a new place to buy my kerosene and gas. read more

Let me start with I've been going there for years. I was even going there when it was a Total station. It is convenient right my neighborhood. They have gone downhill in the past 6 months. A lot of times I have to go in and have breakfast on the run. By 8:00 a.m. everything is empty. No taquitos or hot sandwiches. I spoke with one of the managers, she blamed it on the landscaping business guys coming in. I told her I remember a time where you had one person just making sure everything was stocked. They no longer have somebody doing that. She said all the other speedways are the same. I travel a lot with my work, and I know that that's not true. I like speedway because not only do they have hot food but they have restrooms open to the public. I drive for my job a lot and it's nice to find a working toilet. I'm taking my business elsewhere for this location because of her. She made excuses instead of I'll try and fix it. read more

The shorter caucasian Man at the cash register was so rude! I tried to pay with $100 bill for $13 item and I was refused the sale unless I found something smaller or used a credit card. He couldn't give a crap how he said it to me. He was so rude! read more

It's been one thing after another with this gas station over the years. But mostly the staff is rude as heck except for this one nice short white guy in his 20's. This morning mothers day there was this middle aged white woman working the register and she let some middle aged white man who seemed to know her cut in line in front of 7 people. When I said something about it she gives me the attitude look and says, "I LET HIM." I swear i'm not using the convieniance excuse going there anymore, it's time to cross plymouth rd. and use the Mobile from now on. That was the last time they treat me like that. With as much as we are spending on fuel lately you reaver better customer service! Avoid this place! I use speedways all over, even in other states. This is one I've had just absolute rude customer service at before and tried again today and seen things haven't changed. It always leaves a bad taste after just spending a small fortune on fuel, so I'll be sure to avoid this one from now on. The heavy set black man behind the counter had the worst attitude. He will roll his eyes if he has to scan your membership card, he doesn't offer a receipt, he doesn't offer a bag, when I said "thank you", he didn't say anything back. Then, when I went out to fuel up my car I scanned my membership card, then I inserted my credit card. Just as I do at every other speedway. Nothing was happening, there was a message saying "waiting on the cashier", then he mumbled something over the intercom and it still wouldn't let me fuel up. So I went somewhere else. read more

I stopped for coffee this morning. I chose the caramel macchiato coffee. The machine did not indicate that coffee flavor was unavailable. So, I filled the cup, added my creamer, and went on my way. I was unpleasantly surprised when my "coffee" tasted like hot water and creamer. read more

Decently priced gas, well lit and safe. A good choice for us on the fourth of July when the place across the way was locked up tighter than a drum. This was like a beacon of hope to us down this stretch of road running close to E. Yes it was my fault, I am bad about getting gas. The convenience part was clean and also well lit. Good choices and not too horribly priced either. Paying was pleasant, an actual smile from the attendant. A rarity at a gas place. I like their variety of coffees and pour your own slushy drinks, its handy. Give it a whirl if you are nearby. read more

Sherie was appalling. I had to wait in a ghost line for 2 minutes while she watched me walk in to pay for my gas and proceeded to wipe the counters for no patrons at a slow time of the evening. Neglected to say a single word as she slumped to the counter, I waited and politely asked her to load a fuel card and put the balance on the pump. The only words spoken to me snarkily were "what's the balance" (I can't see your screen and was not handed any of the crumpled up receipts) to which I replied the amount I just had her put on (I just went ahead and replied with the amount I just had her reload as to not be difficult) to which she replied that was wrong about the balance (since I had some left over from a previous time)... I left wishing her a happy holiday... someone needs a little holiday cheer. read more

Went to the Livonia Plymouth Road location about 10:30PM last night. They were blaring extremely loud advertising over the speakers. It was SUPER offensive and annoying, and even annoying inside the car with the doors closed. Glad I don't live near there, neighbors must HATE this!!! read more

Since moving back to Livonia I go to this location a lot. Love my loyalty Speedy Rewards card. Thank god there open 24/7 and employees are very helpful too. Had to make an EMERGENCY run because I bought cereal got home to realize I forgot to buy milk. Grrrrr and seen chilled Starbucks coffees on sale bought 4 lol. Love the mobile app I can see what deals/ offers are available even the price of gas. I use the passport card in my phone. Ty Apple. They have such a huge variety of breakfast foods, snacks and drinks. Pizza, hotdogs hot food at your finger tips. I worked at this store 27 years ago and we didn't sell milk back then looked at people like they were crazy for asking. Only food was twinkles, Doritos and candy. Big big big changes. read more

I am reviewing the convenience store. Which is excellent as these sort of places go. A large selection of fountain soda. A large variety of coffee. Clean. The sandwiches are well stocked. And if you are the sort of person to eat a fast food breakfast sandwich and haven't tried the Speedway breakfast croissants, you really should. Not better than an actual restaurant, but better than a McMuffin. What makes this a 5 star convenience store is the f'real milkshake machine. I have never seen one anywhere else yet. You pick your shake from the freezer next to the machine, insert your shake, and the screen on the machine asks you how you like your shake. Then, it prepares it on the spot, all while showing you ridiculous wizard skits on the screen. Very novel. read more

Clerk acted like an uninterested idiot. Barely got up off the seat to process a transaction. Messed up the transaction twice. I asked him "How is your day going". Rather than answering, he blatantly ignores me. When I ask him again, he says he doesnt answer questions like this...Get out of a customer service job. read more
