She was thrown off by me asking her to do that substitution and answered back "Ok" hesitantly and I was confused. They weren't busy and I wasn't asking for anything difficult? I proceeded to order a banana nut bread and she adds it to the order and avoids asking me if I want it warmed up and I tell her after the fact that I would like it heated up. Service was very sub-par and I didn't want to make a big deal at the window when I received my drink and noticed it was completely wrong. The drink comes with oatmilk, blonde espresso, and vanilla cream cold foam... there was none of that in my drink. I come here often and always tip $2 on a $7 cup of coffee... and this is the type of service you receive for being good patrons and tipping the staff! I'll always leave a tip for good service but she noticed when I didn't leave a tip today after paying the window girls demeanor at the window changed.
