Easy entrance and exit off of Gender Road; I am, however, surprised there's not a traffic light at the intersection - maybe that's in the works? Their convenience store is clean and spacious. I did notice an area for what looked like food of some kind, but can't elaborate. Gum selection has been lacking, but you can probably chuck that up to the pandemic supply chain woes. I haven't used the bathroom(s?) yet, but, as with any brand new build, I'm sure they're clean. I would assume they're kept fully stocked, but I'm unable to confirm that statement yet.

Do they find their way back to their original manufacturers, only to be re-packaged and sold again? A lot of them find their way to discount grocery stores, who pick them up from major chain stores for a fraction of the price. Sure the stuff may be really close to the expiration date, or the package may have a ding/dent in it, but the food is every bit as good as it would have been if you had paid full price for it at the major chain. Don't let the humble-looking facade fool you. Whether you need toiletries, protein bars, chicken breasts, cereal, or dessert; Discount Grocery Outlet has you covered. Almost everything there is name brand, and it's almost all priced well below the major grocery chains. The staff is all extremely friendly, and willing to help any given time you need them. If you prefer to avoid using plastic bags, they're happy to give you some of their cardboard boxes to take your purchases home in. One important thing to remember though, is that just because you found something there one time, doesn't mean it will be there forever. Unlike the big box stores, Discount Grocery Outlet doesn't have the constant supply of these items straight from the manufacturer. At the same time, the variety is great to see, and makes it an adventure going in every time. The only thing that keeps me from giving them five stars is that the prices seem to have crept up a little bit since an article in the newspaper a year or so ago, spotlighting discount grocery stores such as this one. Discount Grocery Outlet was one of the main focuses of the article, and since there it seems as though they felt like the prices should increase to reflect their recent article mention.

A tad annoying I was forced to buy one since the bags are in the car. Kim waited on me and said nothing except to ask me if I have a giant eagle card to which I replied I do not.
