The blend's taste catches you off guard by hitting the back of your throat, is full bodied, and something to sip on and enjoy vs chugging to make it through your work day. The owner, Dudley was patient enough to chat with me over the many blends he has in stock and give me a highlight of the depth of knowledge he has about his beans, and the worldly coffees he offers.
