They also have a car wash around back and a vacuum station to clean the crumbs out. You know what I mean. Stop eating in the car! Not only is there a Culver's with its own side parking lot, but there is also a Subway on the Jetz half of the store, with a small seating area with booths, that is half-walled off from customers. So when you want a sub but don't want crumbs in the car(seriously, stop it), have a seat and enjoy watching people zip through the lot while you have a tasty sub or salad. Ice, soda, milk, snacks, random necessities. They have it all here too. It is, after all, a convenience center. However, the prices are on the high end for a lot of those items unless you have the Jetz reward card. I don't, so I get all that stuff from the grocery store. I do however forget about mailing in my license plate renewal forms and will sometimes come here on the last day to get my new stickers. Did you know you can do that? Well heck yeah you can! I find that to be a huge convenience for my tardiness. Thanks Jetz! For those who are just passing by and stop in for gas or a bite to eat, the important feature to note is that the bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with soap. I'm not sure which half of this building is responsible for it but great job guys and gals! No one wants a filthy restroom.

First thing you notice is a lot of gas pumps, definitely not as many as Buc-ee's, but then again who has more gas pumps than Buc-ee's? Parking lot was okay. Okay, could have used a few more parking spots. Inside the store is very clean and well organized. In fact, when I went there they had several workers stocking shelves and facing product. So that tells me they take pride in how their store looks. The restrooms were clean and easy accessible which made it perfect just to get in and get out. Bottom line? I would definitely hit this place up again. Whether I needed to take a quick restroom break or buy some snacks or fill up my car. It's a great location and they do it right.

There are eight pumps and at night, they are lit up for safety. The store is a decent size and clean, with lots of food and beverages to choose from. The man working the counter has always been very nice. Welk's is now my go-to place for getting my emissions checked and the guy that does that is very friendly as well. Attached to the store is a working garage with at least two bays, but fortunately, I have not had to use it yet. There is also a car wash available, and in summer, it is always busy. Because of it's proximity to both the freeway and my house, I will be a frequent customer here. Convenience, indeed! 15/2017

Coffee is now ubiquitous with daily life in America, which brings me to Qamaria Coffee. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious.
