Nearly every time either the fluid is very low (and often rancid) or empty, or there are no towels in the dispensers. Yet when you walk in to the store and there are no customers, the staff are chatting with each other or on their phones. Seems like one of them could go check on the supplies at the pumps. Unless I am pressed for time and don't have the luxury of going out to Speedway or Valero I won't stop at BB for fuel.

Robert the tow truck driver argued with my husband and said that he hated his job and left us stranded at 11:30 at night.
