After getting the prescription 45 mins before. They said they didn't set the time for the safe. I mean if you get a prescription faxed why wouldn't you just fill it and do what you need to in order to fill it. I.e. setting the safe. It's completely unprofessional and it forces me to lapse into pain. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

I saw some other Kwiks where the pumps were locked in with "enter Kwik Trip rewards number". Don't have one but can't reset the pump unless the clerk does.
