The doctor after prescribing pain medication after surgery assured me…read morethat they would be ready by the time general anesthesia wore off. 45 mins later the lady at the pharmacy when I arrive told me it's an additional 30 mins wait. After getting the prescription 45 mins before. They said they didn't set the time for the safe. I mean if you get a prescription faxed why wouldn't you just fill it and do what you need to in order to fill it. I.e. setting the safe. It's completely unprofessional and it forces me to lapse into pain. I'm extremely disappointed in this.

When I asked if the bathroom was locked, she replied "Yes. It requires a code that I can't give to you." She has to stay at the register since they are short staffed. The other clerk will be back in 3 or 4 minutes and she can help us then. Wow - appreciate the help.
