It was a hard square shape that wouldn't even go up a wide straw. Unfortunately that left a bad taste in our mouths (literally) and will likely return to try something else on the menu.

I placed a mobile order at 11:56 and got to the drive thru line at 12:10, there were 2 cars in front of me. I waited in total 45 min to get my order of 2 coffee's and 2 snackin bacon. 2 coffees not made as ordered and when I asked they guy to add more cream and sugar to one of them, and tossed me some sugar packets and walked off before I could say anything else. I only got 1 of the 2 bacon I paid for but frankly I almost abandoned the whole order regardless of money lost as "i didn't have the time" today to be out this long. I could have gone to town and back twice. NEVER AGAIN... I don't know how this store stays open, poor I75 travelers that dont know any better. It's a disgrace! Dunkin should shut it down!

I've gotten Mimi's Favorite (don't quote me on the name of this drink) twice and I really do like it. It's essentially a brown sugar cinnamon latte with cinnamon cold foam. If you like those flavors in your iced latte drinks then I'd definitely recommend you try this one! They've got a cute little kids menu which isn't always a thing at coffee shops for obvious reasons but I am very grateful for it because I do bring children with me sometimes. I ordered the Cocoa freeze (it has no coffee in it) this time around and the child really loved it.
