Every time I've gone, the folks working there have been really friendly and helpful if I have questions about anything on the menu. I've gone during work hours and after hours, it can get a bit busy during the day with people working there but they have a great large back area with plenty of seating - I have never gone and not been able to find a spot to sit. I do wish they had some more comfy seating. The chairs at the tables are all metal, no cushion, so they aren't great to sit on for that long. In the front area there are wooden benches along the walls to sit on, and they do have some pillows you can use, but when you're there with someone and want to sit across from each other, one of you has to take the metal seat. Despite the seating, I still enjoy going - I've gone there to work, to sit and read, and it would be a chill place to setup a small tabletop game and enjoy a couple of hours with some good drinks, snacks, and friends.

Before coming, I researched the problem and found a YouTube video showing the exact same error, sound, and symptoms. In that case, the issue was caused by a small piece of metal stuck in the grinder, and after cleaning it, the machine worked perfectly. I explained this to the shop. After a long wait, they told me the grinder was "broken" and needed to be replaced. I did not believe this, especially since I had already seen identical cases resolved by simple cleaning. When I tried to explain and mention the video, the technician was rude, argumentative, and did not even let me speak. When I brought the machine home, it did not work at all. I later found out they had turned off a switch on the back of the machine and didn't bother to turn it back on before giving it to me. I had to call them, then drive 30 minutes one way, just so a rude employee could flip the switch back on. This felt like a complete waste of my time and showed zero respect for the customer. Their attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. I honestly believe they were trying to push an unnecessary and expensive repair. I do not trust this shop and strongly advise others to stay away.
