My most recent experience with Highway 10 towing and the ownership has changed my opinion of them…read moreforever. I have used them multiple times in the past with no issue. On 1/23/2026 I had them tow my F350. The driver made a remark that he would need to secure my truck bed cover as he would be towing my vehicle backwards on the tow truck flat bed. I said "You're the expert" and left him to it. When my vehicle was dropped off, my bed cover was laid in a roll in the bed of my truck. You'll notice via the pictures that came attached to my invoice that the driver took that my vehicle was not delivered in the same condition it was picked up. The cover caught the wind during transport and is not bent and nonfunctioning. As a carpenter with tools in my truck, this is my livelihood at risk now. I reached out to Highway 10 towing to give them the chance to make it right. I got a hold of Jorge on 1/27 who said it wasn't their problem or responsibility but that he'd talk to his driver and call me back the following day. When no call came, I called again 1/29 and spoke with Jorge yet again who yet again reiterated he wasn't willing to take responsibility for the damage. I have no choice but to now waste more time in an attempt to bring them to small claims court to recoup from the damage their carelessness caused. 10/10 would NOT recommend this business.

Rather than wash his hands of the situation (which most tow truck drivers would have done), he suggested we get a patch kit to plug the hole. When I explained that I probably wouldn't know how to do that, he offered to do it and even waited while I ran to a nearby Holiday store that had one. He fixed the flat and had her on her way in no time. You generally don't get "over and above" service much anymore these days, but Luis definitely did that for us. Kudos to him and Highway 10 for the outstanding help.

I wanted to hit a BP gas station and didn't know where one was. I did a quick search and found this one in Coon Rapids. It was roughly 4.5 kilometres away from where I was. I drove over here through backroads. It was straightforward getting here. I enjoyed driving through an area that I'm unfamiliar with. This gas station had a bunch of signs at its convenience store that were handwritten. It was quite an eclectic set of signs, from CBD and hookahs, to propane and torch lighters. Hopefully, no one is getting all of those items at once. I can see quite the explosion happening and folks being clueless about it. I like the BP app. It allows you to get discounts on gas and pay for your gas fill-up without fumbling for points and payment cards. I simply needed to specify the pump number and fueling started. My fuel savings was 5 cents per gallon. This gas station wasn't all that busy. I believe that there was one person in the convenience store. I didn't need to go in, but it does sound intriguing. It's a clean gas station. There's also a car wash. I had a good experience here. (111)

This location is easy to find and has plenty of parking, so getting in and out was a snap. A very helpful employee found me wandering around in the tech department and asked if he could help me find anything. He knew exactly what I was looking for and took me there right away (thanks, Kyle!). Bonus, it was on sale. Easy as pie and I got my portable monitor. This is going to improve my life at work greatly, so thank you, Costco!

Kwiktrip has become my favorite gas station/ convenient store. I have a couple locations I frequent…read morearound my house and work. Love their free air machine. I've been fighting a low tire pressure light this winter and I stop in every week to fix. (I'll need to get that looked at sooner rather than later. ) Everytime I visit, the store is clean and stocked. I see many workers both behind the counter and on the floor...all friendly and helpful. I like that they have a variety of coffee machines (hot, iced, blended). And I like the way they have their grab n go foods displayed (sandwiches, salads, fruit, meat/ cheese sticks). Sometimes I'll stop in on the way home Friday afternoon to grab a take n bake pizza for dinner. Also love their giant cinnamon rolls for Sunday morning brunch. As I write this we are at the end of Week 1 of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to get out of the house. Gas is affordable! But no place to go. I know Kwiktrip used to be a grocery store so I stocked on some supplies. (I took one look at the Walmart parking lot and was like "nope"!) Bread, milk, eggs, pancakes mix, coffee creamer, stuffed chicken. Their groceries are affordable, no mark up Corporate gas station prices. What they didn't have I just went to Festival Foods next door. It's not common for gas stations to have shopping CARTS. Before, I thought this was odd. Who needs a cart. Today I understand. I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient. So even the help really seemed a step above the rest when it comes to gas stations. My kudos to them!
