This place is laughable and COMPLETELY unprofessional. It used to be a solid service provider until…read moreanother franchisee took it over. I went in on September 28, 2023, to drop off packages to be shipped. The guy was sitting at a desk five feet from the counter and told me to leave the package he would scan it in later. I explained I needed a tracking number - he said he was "very much tired" and would do it later. I left laughing at the absurdity that he was working and couldn't be bothered helping a CUSTOMER, the reason for him working in the first place. Then, I returned to discuss the issue with the owner/manager. He was upstairs and the "tired" employee shouted up to the person and said something in another language. The "manager" said "tell him to leave his phone number, I am too busy". I mentioned I would call head office, the manager chased me to my car trying to discuss the issue. DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK "TIRED" EMPLOYEES LOSING YOUR PACKAGE, OR BEING TREATED UNPROFESSIONALLY. NEVER AGAIN.
