Prices quite decent, work done pretty good, communication could use some improvement.
I purchased a used vehicle and needed the rear tints removed and replaced with darker ones. The price I received was amazing, so I made an appointment to have the tints removed and ones that allow 5% of light to pass through installed. When I arrived, I was told that the darkest tints that they install are from what I recall 7%. I decided to go ahead with it due to the price being so great. At the end, I noticed a significant difference between the 5% I've had on my past 4 vehicles on the rear 3 windows vs the 7%. I wish that this information was given to me when I made the appointment, when I specifically stated that I needed 5% installed.
I noticed that the trim on the rear doors as well as the leather seats were a bit soiled when I got in my vehicle, and I also noticed that my trunk had quite a bit of soap in it (some of the things that were in my trunk got a bit soaked, but nothing got ruined). I asked them if this is normal, and they told me that it's just dishwashing soap, and not to worry about it. As for the seats/trims, they cleaned them before I left, so that part was taken care of.
They had some issue with their paper-work, as it stated that the warranty that they provided on tints that they installed was only valid in the US. I mentioned this to them, and they told me that they called someone (I believe it was the tint manufacturer) and mentioned that they will be getting updated paper work, and I could come by in a few weeks to get the latest version. In my experience most people don't read what they sign, so I am not surprised if nobody noticed this in the past.
The staff was very friendly, to the point where I noticed I had dropped something when I was there, and when I returned, they noticed that there were bubbles on the rear window tint, and they worked to get them out. They also offered me water while I waited, which I greatly appreciated as I got quite thirsty waiting for the long procedure that they performed.
All-in-all, I would probably recommend this venue based on the price paid, as long as you're willing to potentially sacrifice some miscommunication and clarification on legal paper-work. read more
