Put Christopher's number in your phone. If you end up in a situation where you need a lawyer, make him your first call. If he isn't able to assist you, trust that he can get you in touch with the best person to handle your situation or even handle it himself for you through other sources. Although he specializes in traffic, he is quite capable of helping with many other issues that may arise. read more

Chris was awesome! I found out that I had a warrant out for me last night on an old speeding ticket. I thought somehow I had missed another court date on it. Turns out I just needed to pay the online fee that I forgot about. Thanks for your honesty and help Chris! I'll be sure to hire you in the future if needed and tell my friends about your services! read more

After posting this review, this lawyer stated that he had sent emails to us although none were sent. When we called his number it didn't work which is why we thought we had been scammed, in addition to the fact that we received a letter stating that the ticket had been unpaid. After posting an honest review we finally got instructions and resolution from this lawyer. We also got a threat to be sued for liable, for posting the honest review, after only hours of being asked to edit our reviews. The issue has been resolved. read more

Highly recommend this service. It was fast and easy and efficient and prompt! I hope I won't need him again anytime soon but if I do, he will be my first call! read more

Christopher has helped me out on 3 occasions with 6 citations. Cheapest prices I could find. But all three times, he got my tickets amended as agreed & expected.. except last time, he mailed me a REFUND check because it was cheaper than he expected. Cheapest guy with a refund?! Every time i have checked out other competitors' prices too. Why he does it this economically for us is such a blessing! Thanks Chris! My 2nd time, Chris & I sat down and had a very quality chat too. Very sharp fellow. Well, lawyers probably need to be. :P I cannot say that i want to need his services again! But if i do, he's the first guy i will think of! I so appreciate his quality service. I believe in a funny quote: "Fast, Cheap, Quality.. pick any two." But Chris on the other hand--I am happy to say that it is my experience that Chris modeled all three for me all three times now! Seriously it might be time that he moved his prices to median prices of his competitors. But until he does, then he is putting that 'fast, cheap, and quality, pick any two' meme to shame. I wish i could give Speeding Ticket KC bonus ratings! :P read more

This is my first time ever leaving a negative review on the internet, but people need to be warned about something as serious as court. If you want to be confident in your attorney to get your case resolved PLEASE do not choose this company or R. Christopher Simons as your lawyer. He will be very kind, considerate, and get back to you quickly IN THE BEGINNING, but after he gets your money the quality of his service goes WAY DOWN! What he told me my ticket would get amended to through email more than once, was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what the judge stated in court. I was completely blindsided standing in front of the courtroom and had to step away to talk to him about the error. He told me to text him when I got to court at 8:45am and when I did that he NEVER RESPONDED. I had to guess who he was in court because he didn't even greet me until more than an hour after I got there even though, come to find out, he was two rows ahead of me! The judge kept having to wait on him to finish the paperwork and PLENTY of people who came in after me left way before I even got started. I felt as if he pulled a bait and switch and was a completely different person online then he was in person. I finally had to agree in court on something that we never discussed before hand. Please be warned, and take your services elsewhere to a lawyer who values your time, money, and just you as a human being. read more

I was trying to get my bills as low as possible- therefore, getting a speeding ticket was the last thing I needed. I knew my insurance would increase, so I contacted this guy and it was SUCH a painless process. It's a small fee for keeping my car insurance low!! Great job!!! read more

Can't recommend Christopher enough! I had a big ugly speeding ticket that he was able to get reduced to a non moving violation. Not to mention his pricing is great compared to others that offer this same service. He even got my fine reduced so I ended up getting a refund in the end! He is very polite and made the entire process extremely easy. If you have a speeding ticket and don't want to worry about it jacking up your insurance premium, you need to call Christopher right now and let him work his magic!! read more

Very frustrating experience. Yes, your ticket will be amended but the lack of communication throughout the process made it extremely frustrating. Emailing questions to Mr. Simons only seemed to bring brief replies that usually didn't fully address or answer my questions. On top of that, I had to ask Mr. Simons a second time to use the defense letter (obstructed school zone sign) that I prepared with photos and the works, when pushing for dismissal with the prosecutor after he seemed to me to have forgotten to use it the first time and just had the ticket amended without further explanation. He did ask if I wanted him to push harder with the prosecutor, which I thought should have been a given... and he did succeed in getting me a partial refund that I had to wait three months to receive and go to court myself to get straightened out. All in all, yes he did amend my ticket and got me a partial refund after multiple requests, but I had to exert more effort throughout the process for things I thought he should have handled, which resulted in a five-month case full of frustration. He is friendly though and I'm sure he is well-intentioned, so I hope my case was just an anomaly. read more

On February 2, 2016 I received a speeding ticket in Kansas City, MO. I was go lucky as the first person I contacted was Richard Christopher Simons, Info@speedingticketkc.com. I completed the form on a Friday night. The very next Sunday night within 48 hour I received a phone call from Chris. He took the time to explain the progress and procedures and we started the process. I could not believe how simple this was. Chris was able to negotiate my speeding ticket down to a non-moving violation and the cost was significantly less then what I had expected. Still, I wish I had paid more attention to my speed, But Chris was able to lower my fine to the almost original fine, and I will have no moving violation on my record. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS TO REPRESENT YOU IN DEALING WITH ANY MOVING VIOLATION TICKETS YOU MAY RECEIVE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AND WILL SAVE SOME MONEY. read more
