Melissa is fun, energetic, and passionate about her work and her clients. She really cares about her clients and she will help improve your oral health in ways you probably had no idea existed. I was a client for myofunctional therapy, due to a tongue tie I had no idea existed until about nine months ago. My therapy lasted a little over six months with daily tongue exercises. I became a master tongue-clicker and my tongue is now more yolked than ever before! What was pretty exhausting at first has lead to a tongue that can swallow correctly, without contributing to gum recession, and compete in tongue building competitions. Melissa was seriously so fun to work with. Going to see her was always a fun and enjoyable experience, even when put under the microscope tongue light being observed while I swallow incorrectly. We initially worked with her when she was at a different company, but when she started her own clinic, I knew we would follow her. We were attending for years with 3 kids and when we decided to stop services in December 2023 the…read moreowner Betsy emailed us saying insurance hasn't paid for 18 months and you owe us $42,000, after getting a hold of anthem they never received any claims from beach kids, after emails going back and forth Betsy and her billing team sent over 300 claims to insurance and expected them to be paid in about a week, low and behold we are in July and beach kids is emailing us saying we need to pay out of pocket again, we were paying our deductible every visit and we were unaware that she wasn't submitting insurance the claims not once did anyone tell us that insurance wasn't paying and we need to stop service or anything like that, after talking to a few families that we know go there as well we aren't the only ones, stay away from this scam and save yourself a headache

My son is on the spectrum, and Chris is specialized in working through the issues that come along with autism (stereotypy, elopement, etc). We were going to a therapy center before we moved to OC, where my son would see a different therapist each day.
