I was on the way to see a friend, so I stopped @ Westlake ACE hardware in Andover to see if someone could assist me. Amanda Ayer, General Manager, was at the front of the store. I told her I had bought the weed eater at another ACE, but was hoping someone there could assist me as the one I bought it from an ACE store on the west side of town and I live east. The store was not busy at the time. Amanda took my instruction manual and the weed eater on the floor and read the instructions. She got it started and went over step by step how to do it and even shortened the length for me. She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Thanks Amanda!

The store didn't have a 5 gallon bucket of my extra white latex so they gave me 5 one gallon buckets. As I'm cutting in with the first bucket it keeps shadowing and I literally had to go over it 3 times to cover. I get to my 3rd bucket (see pictures) it's not even mixed! The 3 store attendants were so busy catering to one guy, some of my paint was half a$$ed mixed and some not at all. Yes, I know I can take it to the store to have them shake it but it's Sunday and should have been already done. I expect more when I spend $227.00 on paint! I won't go to this store again. Make sure if you do to keep an eye on what's going on with your stuff, especially if there's someone more important than you that they are trying to impress. The last picture in the bucket is the tan that I was supposed to get after I mixed it myself!
