I finally emailed them and stated that I would dispute the charge, and only then did I receive a credit for the missing planter. There was no adjustment to the shipping cost and no explanation provided. I emailed again regarding the shipping charge and, once more, received no response. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from this company again and will be disputing the remaining charge with my credit card company. Very unprofessional experience.

I wrote a check last week (over $15,000) which has cleared. I called Christy to cancel the dining room table this last Monday. We are afraid it's too big for our space. She told me it has been taken off the floor and asked if she can get back with me. When I called back three days later she told me she would not refund the cost of the table but would give me a store credit. I kept the table. But I'll never shop there again.

Even though it was same paint code and Sherman williams paint and color it came out purple. I called the manager he told me if u buy paint at a different shermin williams u have to go back there for touch up paint. I told him I wish the sales rep told me when I picked it up. The manager then proceeded to call me a liar and said it was my fault not tell the sales rep I originally bought from Springfield. LIAR is beyond disrespectful. Rude and the gentleman on the phone clearly has no respect for women. Fast forward went in today to my refund and didn't have receipt because I bought from credit card and never thought I would have to return. Calen help my husband and I and was extremely rude when I told him I didn't have receipt. He told me he couldn't return. So I asked him if he could look it by my name and credit which he said I guess I'll try. I ended up get my refund. But Calen could have saved this review even after being called a LIAR if he just had 1 once of customer service skills. But seeing how his manager treated me on the phone he's not held to do so. So this location has a hate for women. The only reason Calen budge is because my husband caused him and finally started trying. Shame on you guys for having to make customers loose their tempers because there being treated so horribly. Get a job you enjoy so maybe people that really enjoy selling paint can have your jobs.
