I asked the painters how long they'd need to be staying, after their ladders showed little regard for the tree providing the van's shade, and responses from the dreadlocked white guy in charge were rude and hostile. "I'll stay as long as I like." OK, legally your right, buddy. I like my neighbor, and I hope he does a good job painting her house, but I won't be using or recommending this company anytime soon. Seriously, I love supporting local business, but it's not that tough to accommodate the neighborhood you're working in.

They said they'd be here at Thursday at 8 am and they were here at 7:45. It was the morning after that big snowstorm and not only did they shovel my driveway for me, they also shoveled my neighbor's driveway across the street. This was much appreciated because I had neck surgery last year and shoveling is incredibly difficult for me. I didn't even ask. They just took the shovels and went to work. After that, they did an expert job of masking and taping. They spent hours on prep which I appreciate. By the end of the first day, the ceiling and trim in the home were painted. Day two, they got here again at 7:45 and just went to work. They finished up later that afternoon and I couldn't believe what a change it made to my home. We went from a brown, antiquated mess to clean and modern. They put all my bedroom furniture back into place. They were respectful of my dogs. I couldn't ask for more. The guidance they gave was indispensable and they always stopped to ask questions rather than just assume they knew what was best. That attention to detail was so well-appreciated. I'll recommend them every chance I get.

I have a hard time believing the 1-star reviews on here. Some of them must be from people who never…read moreeven ended up using Table Mountain. I hired them for a new basement digout, meaning they upgraded my house panel, and did all the electrical work for the new space: 3 bedrooms, a bath, workout room, and utility room. Table Mountain ended up being the best value option for my specific project. They weren't the cheapest (although they were close), but they def were not the most expensive either. And they held 100% to their initial bid, even though there were some unforeseen things that came up - which is what I was most worried about: getting a low estimate, then raising the price along the way. This never happened. Everyone that showed up was polite and respectful, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. And I am 100% happy with the quality of the work. In fact, when the city of Denver inspector showed up and asked who did the work and I told him, he said Table Mountain's work is always good (and he quickly buzzed through the rest of the inspection - which is a huge relief since inspectors can get very nit-picky if they don't think something was done exactly how they like it). Be prepared to pay exactly according to the schedule, which is reasonable in this industry. They show up on time, and expect payment on time. On this, Robert was firm, and I can't say I blame him. I def recommend them for this type of project.

HORRENDOUS service. As homeowners of a fixer-upper since…read more2020, we have worked with countless electricians, plumbers, etc., and I have NEVER experienced the poor service quality I encountered with Table Mountain Electric. My spouse and I both work very demanding jobs and are typically unable to take external calls during the day. The crew arrived early, I rushed home and apparently arrived about 20min after them, but only 10min into the arrival window, and the crew had left, only offering to reschedule for NEXT THURSDAY. When I called to request more immediate service in line with what was promised, the representative on the phone argued with me, accused my spouse of making errors that led to the cancelled service, and was extremely rude to me; Robert, whoever answered your phone at 2:36pm today needs a serious performance review, because as an HR rep myself, I was absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to after the company made a critical scheduling error; if my staff spoke to a customer that way they would be fired. Talking over me, telling lies, and being an absolute asshole is not an acceptable way to remedy a service issue. To anybody reading this, this company is disrespectful, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I advise anybody considering this company's service to consider if would allow individuals providing such terrible customer service over the phone to enter their home at all. However, I would like to thank the company for showing their true colors before I allowed them to enter my home. Call another company, I sure am!!!

I've not only had direct experience with their business integrity, but I've also spoken to several neighbors in Longmont that were super pleased with the painting jobs done by them as well. After the great things I heard about them, I hired Hector and his team to re-paint some of the interior and all of the exterior of my home. The bottom line is that Fordham & MacLean gave me an honest quote - with extensive explanation as to the reasons for the cost, and there were no surprises during, or at the end of the job. The crew was always on time, super kind, and even fun to communicate with. AND they took really great care of my property. (I've had some bad experiences with other contractors who showed little respect for me and my belongings.) The entire job this team did was impeccable and first-rate! I came to trust them completely, from Hector's color advice, to the details about what needed changing or updating. I've been proud to show off my now gorgeous home, and it feels like a whole new place! I understand they are also trusted commercial painters, and I saw their portfolio. Even though I had not heard of them, they've worked in the Boulder and Denver areas for 48 years (!), and have an excellent track record.
