I called to get an estimate for my customer and got what I thought was a solid quote so added $100 to help with transport and locked in the quote with my customer. I built a custom pallet to fit the item and delivered it to the facility. After 6 weeks I reached out to check why I hadn't heard from them within the quoted time & was told it was ready. I went to get the item and first found that they charged $150 more than the quote with no reason, second they lost my pallet, & third that the quality finish was TERRIBLE. Not only did I have to pay tax but would have to lose $50 just too get the item back to the customer. When the customer saw the quality I had to eat the entire cost & transport just too keep from losing my customer. 100% recommend avoiding this company!!! read more
