Designed my cards online at Staples.com called the 1-800 number to ask about the cards, but they gave me the wrong info, so when they were printed, it wasn't what I wanted. Call 1-800 number again, then go online to redesign the cards( put the back design on the front and the front design on the back) and then have them printed again at Staples' cost. It should have been that simple but it wasn't. Someone had went in and cropped my front design, And on the back Capitalized something that wasn't supposed to be plus accidentally deleted a letter in my title, causing a misspelling. It was not how I designed the card. So I call the 1-800 number again and they say they don't know what happened. They had to call the store. Then I get a call from the store. She asked what the problem was, so I told her. Then she asked if I liked the cropping and my response was that I just want the card that I designed online printed as-is.... like who gives you the right to edit any of my marketing materials? If I wanted your thoughts or opinions, I would have asked. Third time at the store, I'm waiting, fingers crossed, hoping that this is the last time I have to drive here. Cards are fine. The front was still cropped but the cards are at least usable. When I said I needed to check the cards because it was my third time here, The customer service woman seemed annoyed. She wasn't even the least bit empathetic or apologetic, she just made an excuse saying that they were having trouble printing. I didn't bother getting into what really happened... It's funny that I remember having a Staples reward card, and using them many many years ago. Now I wonder if a previous incident like this is why I stopped going... I'm sure they have many satisfied customers but I'll go elsewhere for now

Ive had the pleasure of using them for personal printing and their prices are good and fair. They will do large print jobs and small personal print jobs (far better than some Big Box stores). I had flyers printed for my bands event and they came out beautiful. They operate fairly quickly and will print in a time crunch if you find yourself in a bind. A lot of people forget the importance of having printed materials for certain situations. Window flyers and postcards being just some of those situations.
