My grandmother had called Cutting Edge to get them to look at the roof, as they had seen some bubbles forming on the roof. My grandparents had gotten their roof done during December of last year. This shows that their roof is not even a year old. The apparent owner showed up tonight (mind you it is darker out) to take a look. He told my grandmother there was nothing there and proceeded to talk to my father (who was helping my grandmother) in a condescending and snarky way. My father stood up for himself and told the man to not speak over him or to him in that manner. The man continued to shout over my father telling him that my grandmother was the customer, not him. My father then told him that he was helping my grandmother (because she was recently widowed). The man, who was apparently the owner of this business, then said this WORD FOR WORD: "WHY DO YOU KEEP BRINGING UP THE DEAD GUY?" Not only was this comment disrespectful to my family, it disrespected and dehumanized my grandfather. It has been a hard time in our family with the recent loss of my grandfather and we, nor did my grandmother, deserve the treatment Cutting Edge Restorations gave us. It is added stress that my grandmother did not need during this time. It is disheartening knowing someone would lack this much respect for a family grieving. I will never understand why this supposed owner of a company would treat anyone like this. I know that these reviews are just a small fraction of a bigger picture, but I hope that you see this review and understand the true nature of this business, which is not to help, but to hurt.

Our immediate job of laundry room remodel was quickly quoted and scheduled. Tim talked through the options and was very supportive of giving recommendations. Knowing our subfloor had leveling issues and was creaky we decided best was to go for full tile floors instead of keeping laminate / vinyl. We had subfloor work, new porcelain tile, beadboard accent wall, and new thresholds by R&R 360. We were given the freedom to choose our floor tiles locally.
