The low rating is due to my initial visit with Clinic Nanager Sanjay Gupta. I requested custom orthotics and even took my old ones in to view and compare. I paid cash for custom orthotics. I am a senior citizen who takes lots of lengthy walks. Sanjay took "scans" of my feet, then a few days later produced cheap factory inserts! I got blood blisters on my feet, which is a VERY bad thing for an elder. When I went back to have this corrected, I saw Mike. He took impressions of my feet, produced custom orthotics and has made adjustments as needed with both competence and good cheer. Mike gets all the high ratings I can give. But I consider the service I got from the clinic manager Sanjay Gupta to be dangerous.

My issue is the treatment and associated costs. The office sold me an an sleeve for support and boot to stretch my Achellis. The sleeve did not help and the boot only hurt me. I brought the boot in the have him examine the way I was using it. He had no input and I set it on the shelf. He also suggested that I under go shockwave therapy. 5 treatments for about $600 with one free, so it was a 6 treatment plan. I got no relief from the session and stopped them after 4. I had expected a refund for 2 sessions but the office said I was only entitled to a refund for 1 as the last one would be free. There is the real rub. First I had to decide to stop treatment (I think he should of stopped it after the second) and I was charged out of pocket for 4 treatments when it should of been 3. Bottom line: sold me on a bunch of treatments that did not work and I'm out about $600 plus whatever they charged my insurance.

Does not inspire confidence and annoying. We miss Dr. Brown, he is the best!

Dania was so great with him. She was also quick to respond whenever I needed to contact her, any time of any day. She really knows her stuff and any doubts/fears of having our baby at home were alleviated. We were so confident in her to safely deliver our baby in the best way for mom and baby. And she did just that! I had very little post partum issues (if any) compared to the plethora I had with my first at the hospital. I felt more empowered as a mother after this home birth than I did with my hospital birth. Dania also gives you the freedom and strengthening support to deliver however your body feels led in the comfort of your home. Her joyful personality was exactly what my type A personality needed. And the sweet relationship that develops even after baby is born is a sure sign of her passion, zeal and heart for midwifery. Our family loves and highly recommends Dania!

After touring the hospital I realized that paying out of pocket to have a home birth would be well worth the investment. After calling around and doing some research online I interviewed a few midwives and decided that Dania was the one for me. Upon stepping foot into her office and talking with her I was immediately impressed and put at ease. She is extremely professional, warm and competent. I personally think that Dania was built to be a midwife. She is very well balanced in all the areas that are important for a successful home birth. -Patience, experience, professionalism, up-to-date knowledge and warmth- Every time an issue came up during my pregnancy her advice was invaluable and my issues (backaches, low energy) were resolved with 1-3 days. During the labor and delivery process I was at ease knowing that Dania was there to guide me and her timing with preparing my birthing room/supplies was impeccable. I couldn't have had more wonderful pregnancy and birthing experience and I am glad that Dania was the person I choose to have as a midwife.

Doc didnt explain the chain of events or what he was going to be doing to my very private parts. I got phone called with results but was unclear what those results were. i called back and got a machine and left message with service that i wanted results mailed. I got a return message from staff saying..."thats not how it works" oh-and it was not cheap. and no payment plans offered at all unlike EVERY other doctor I have ever went to.

She was so incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, flexible while maintaining safety, and always brought such a calming presence. During the delivery, we were able to have the water birth experience I had hoped for. Katarra also is capable of providing necessary medical interventions such as sutures, pitocin (for retained placenta), etc. She is highly skilled!
