Fabulous customer service! Have been going there for four years and have found all the staff incredibly helpful particularly Shane. Have found Olivia the optometrist very polite, professional and consistently customer service focused over the four years. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and you can just pop in there whenever you have any concerns about your eyes and they are always ready to alleviate any concerns. I am very impressed with the whole staff and recently dealt with Murray the optical dispenser who could not have been more patient and explained everything to me, very customer orientated which is unusual anywhere these days.
