There is nothing less than one or i would have used it. My wife had a pair of bifocals for 328 pounds last November after going back three times they still could not get them right. They suggested she just have a pair of reading glasses and wear the bifocals for walking out although she had just paid 328. That is what she did and paid another thirty pounds for the reading glasses. She has been to another opticians today and they have told they are completely the wrong glasses for her face. We will not be using Specsavers again or ever it was a expensive lesson for two pensioners. read more

A very good Specsavers branch. Spread over two floors and they offer eye-testing on site and also prescriptions and glasses. Their selections are fashionable and the tests are completed very quickly with waiting times kept to a minimum. Glasses are free for children on the NHS and the staff are very helpful. read more

Had an eye test and bought some glasses from Specsavers in Wolverhampton. I got 2 pairs for the price of one when they were doing an offer a few years ago. The people at Specsavers are nice, the whole process was straight forward and pleasant, the glasses were great and I've had no problems with them. i'll definately be going back there again. read more

I have been going to Specsavers for years , and been more than happy with the service I have been given BUT!!!! in the past 12 months things have changed , they have had a refit , and most of the work is now done down stairs , My husband and I had to have eye tests and choose new glasses. waiting time for the test was fine , but the waiting time for anything else is terrible . I have had to attend three times now in the last 3 weeks , the average time of waiting is 30 minutes before anyone can attend to you. when you have limited time because you are on a parking meter, an hour in the opticians is totally unacceptable , the waiting room is so full it is always over flowing . I am due to go again a pick up some repaired glassed the appointment has been cancelled , that was 2 weeks ago , they have just replied to say my glasses are ready, but didn't notify me. Customers will start going else where if something is not sorted out. I will be looking in Wolverhampton next time I need an eye test . someone who is prepared to give me good customer service to a valuable customer . read more

contact lens info is always vague as staff are not knowledgeable about products. Staff are not friendly and awful sight tests are conducted too, definately do not recommend this branch, staff are busy trying to push sales on you and could care less about eye health. read more
