The glasses are poor quality and break easily (that is why they probably give you two pairs- you will need them!). The customer service is poor and unfriendly. The eye tests are rushed and impersonal with a hard sell for new specs afterwards. If you value your eye sight and don't want to waste your money, don't skimp and go to a more reputable and professional opticians....plenty about.
