Sorry cannot agree. Specsavers really messed up my eyes, gave me the same prescription for both eyes, although they are different, I struggled on for a while, thinking I must be getting old!! When I went back they found the mistake, did not want to refund me anything when it was clearly their fault. Then they said as a gesture of godwill, they would stop my payments for 3 months - huh - checked my account today and they are still taking payments. You never see the same person twice.
You really cannot beat a traditional optician who knows you, instead of some newly qualified staff who haven't got the experience to give good customer service.
Going into specsavers is like going into a cattlemarket. They could do a lot better. read more
