I will say that service has been fantastic at all the locations I've been to and this one was no different. The employees here were very helpful in recommending new cigars to try. The Fincks brand of cigars are really a great value, inexpensive but they taste pretty good. They do have a smoking lounge inside the store but I prefer to smoke outside, and that's okay. They have tables and chairs outside for people like me. There are a lot of cigar stores in San Antonio but you will be hard pressed to find one that makes you feel as comfortable as Fincks. If you enjoy cigars and good conversation, try Fincks cigars. It's definitely a no cigar snob zone.

just now New I've…read morebeen coming here for years and never had an issue with vapes but today I went home and after buying 2 vapes and only 1 worked. I called to see what they could do but they said they can't do anything because I walked out of store already. They did ask me to try it before I leave but I've never had issues with vapes ever until now. I spend a lot of money here so I feel that they should do something about it. It's very upsetting because vapes are not cheap and after spending that money and they don't work and the store is not going to do anything about it. If they will not do anything then I'll just take my business elsewhere

I recently purchased a Puffco Peak from Cloud Factory Vape & Smoke for $420. After the purchase, I…read morerealized the same item is listed online for around $220 on multiple websites. Yes that's on me for not checking, however, I didn't expect a 100% markup. I returned to the store within 10 days to either request a return or a price match. I was told to come back at a specific time when a manager would be available. Since I couldn't make that time, I called the next day and confirmed a manager was present before going back in person. For context, the product was unopened in its original sealed packaging with the original receipt and form of payment. After making a second trip, I was given multiple conflicting explanations after being told to return for the refund: first that they couldn't price match because the item was out of stock online, then that too much time had passed (despite it being under 10 days), and finally that their system wouldn't allow the return at all. Customers should not have to make multiple trips only to receive conflicting information and no resolution. The inconsistent communication and lack of clear policy or escalation options made this a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend comparing prices before purchasing any products. I'd appreciate someone from ownership or management reaching out to resolve this.
