I absolutely love my Dr's here 5 stars for them, The 1 star is for the office staff. Three separate occasions I've had with one single employee Karen. Karen has discriminated against my daughter who was a patient and no longer wishes to be seen by the office because of her. Karen is downright disrespectful, thinks she knows it all and when corrected she gets confrontational. Admitted to the doctor she "dropped the ball" and was wrong yet can't admit to her own doings. This is the second time I had an encounter with her over authorization and her being incorrect. Only ever have an issue at the Bethlehem and Wind Gap offices. The staff are LAZY, trying to schedule a follow up or an appointment in general is like pulling teeth. If your staff doesn't know what they are doing perhaps you should hire people with experience and validated references instead of what someone puts on a pretty resume to look good. read more

This place is out for your money!! Watch out!!! The doctor shows up 20 mins late for my appointment and I explain that I've had ongoing sinuses and haven't tried any medicine or congestion clearing tactics yet. He suggests he looks up my nose canal with a nose camera. I didn't think this was going to be a big thing so I said sure. He doesn't see anything so he writes me a prescription for nasal medicine. I take it to the pharmacy and they tell me it would be around $300 for one fill!!!! I call the doctor and ask if there's a generic brand and he tells me over the counter nasonex is fine. What?! Why didn't he just say that from the beginning? A month later, I received a bill for $208 for the "procedure" (my insurance paid another $75). I was really caught off guard by that. It was literally 2 minute procedure with a not overly complex tool. The longest part of my appointment was waiting for the doctor to arrive. I just wish he would have gone over my options with me more thoroughly instead of rushing. To be prescribed an over the counter nose spray after $296 dollars (office fee and "procedure") and absolutely no findings or ideas seems really questionable. I will never go back here. read more

Needed to change my ENT due to a new insurance and this was who my PCP recommended. I called to make an appointment on 1/21/2020 and was given a 9:00 AM Appointment on 2/17/2020 - or so I thought. When I scheduled the appointment, they provided me with the fax number to transfer my records and told me to go on the website to fill out all of the pre-forms. Both of these steps were completed. Fast forward to 2/17 when I arrived at 8:40 AM and was told they had no record of me ever scheduling an appointment. Obviously, I should have probably called them the week prior to confirm, but you would think if a place had received both prior records and completed online pre-forms that maybe they would reach out if they had no record of that person. Per the check-in person, they don't even get the forms that are submitted and have to look them up. Time for some practice changes and re-training of your schedulers. They might have good physicians, but I will never know since their front desk staff are useless and can't properly even schedule. Will never return nor recommend. read more

Had minor surgical procedure there this week and I was not given any information on after care. I asked the assistant twice and was basically dismissed and told I was "good to go". This didn't seem right to me and after searching online for after care for the procedure I had done, I found a lot of helpful information. This confirmed to me that I really should have received some information. It was odd because the assistant was learning as I was having the biopsy done! He was teaching her right there while he was taking my sample. I felt very uncomfortable because he was saying everything he was doing, for her, which made me even more nervous. I ended up almost fainting. read more

Dr.Chuck was wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things, and I had great result. The office staff was nice as well and everything runs so smooth. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an ENT. read more

The worst Dr at this practice is Dr. Uribe. I arrived on time and it's been over 1 hour and he's still not seen me. The sign on wall says he's 30 minutes behind. Well it's been 60 and still counting. i can't stand when A DR makes you wait. It's unacceptable if a patient is late . So why is it ok for a dr to be a hour later ???? Don't see him see someone else in practice unless you plan on wasting your time waiting for him !!!!! read more

Dr. Yen is phenomenal! Entire staff (except Bedrosian...sp? Saw him once for an emergency visit and he seemed annoyed and too busy to deal with a child.) Dr. Yen is Caring, compassionate and patient. I highly recommend him! read more

In June of 2017, I was diagnosed with Stage IV oral cancer (Squamous cell carcinoma). I've been cancer free for over 2 years due to the surgery and post-surgery guidance and ongoing support by Dr. Yen and his staff. A special thanks to Dr. Lino Miele (Plastic Surgeon) and Dr. David Andolino (Radiation Oncologist) for their participation in my surgery and post-surgery support while members of the Dr. Yen medical team. From the start, Dr. Yen was a straight shooter sharing exactly what radically will occur during surgery and recovery. As a patient preparing for a life changing ordeal, his approach was very much appreciated. Also, he took the time on numerous occasions during my 10 day stay in the hospital to visit with me. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His energy and excitement around my case always makes me more motivated to keep working on getting better. I always feel like I am his only patient. Even though I have difficulty speaking for long periods of time and difficulty swallowing, I am excited to be alive. Thanks Dr. Yen. read more

10:30 appointment. I arrived at 10:15. Is now 12:15. They seem annoyed that I complained about the wait. Their patient's time is obviously not very important to them. If they had called me or let me know how backed up it was I could have done something other than sit in the waiting room with an empty water cooler. No way to run an office read more

I love Bethlehem EMT! The doctors are absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to be around. The wait to get in to see a doctor is usually very long, but it is worth it because those doctors are really great at helping their patients. As for the front desk, I have never met such MONSTERS at any office in my life. You would think you were overworking them or "bothering them" by just signing in with them, asking them a question or even trying to schedule an appointment with them. When calling to speak to them at the office expect to hear a lot of moaning and groaning. The rudeness level with these women is so high and I 100% would say that it is by the far the worst front desk staff I have ever seen at any office. The women that work with billing and the physicians are great. I do not include those women in this catagory, but the women sitting behind the desk not doing anything or moving, except biting their nails and making faces at people are the ones I am talking about. The ones that you go up to the glass to sign in and they just sit their and talk and ignore you, even when they clearly see you standing there. I can't believe these women are being paid by St. Lukes to represent them. You are wasting your money on these ladies and those positions should be given to women who are kind and deserving of sitting at that great office. Once I can find someone of higher authority to speak to about this issue I will because I am sick of having to be treated like I am worthless and beneath them just to be a patient here and work with these great doctors. read more
