When I went to him he asked all about my history with my allergies and asthma and was so warm and welcoming. After a few tests he prescribed me to singular and a night time inhaler. After that my asthma improved incredibly, I could finally breathe normally and almost never need to use my inhaler. Dr. Schenkel is amazing and so kind about everything. He saved me! (:

Karen has discriminated against my daughter who was a patient and no longer wishes to be seen by the office because of her. Karen is downright disrespectful, thinks she knows it all and when corrected she gets confrontational. Admitted to the doctor she "dropped the ball" and was wrong yet can't admit to her own doings. This is the second time I had an encounter with her over authorization and her being incorrect. Only ever have an issue at the Bethlehem and Wind Gap offices. The staff are LAZY, trying to schedule a follow up or an appointment in general is like pulling teeth. If your staff doesn't know what they are doing perhaps you should hire people with experience and validated references instead of what someone puts on a pretty resume to look good.
