Yelp should have an entry for allergists!…read more I've been a patient of Dr. Diconcetto for about six months. I really like the doctor...he's a really nice guy. The drug reps also seem to like him, as he's got a sample of everything...great when you're trying different drugs trying to find a good combination to fix you. Downside (or maybe an upside, I guess) is that his billing people are forever slow. Four months after my first appointment, they had never billed me for what was left after insurance. I finally asked about it and they printed me a statement. I guess he doesn't really need the money. :-p. I just don't like having a pile of medical bills...who knows if they'll just forget to bill me one day and turn it over to collections since it's so old.

I don't want to put his name down. So let's just call him W. I had never been talked down to like Dr W did to me today. I got angry and actually asked for a refund he was so bad. I apologized for my anger and will see a different Dr next time since Dr Gupta is away

I also appreciated that I did not feel rushed through the appointments as my concerns were addressed appropriately and thoroughly by Dr. Car. The LVHN Patient portal was helpful as well -if any additional questions I was able to get feedback there. If anything, getting a hold of the right person over the phone was a hassle at times, but it is to my knowledge that the office is busy and all practices are dealing with high volumes of patients so that is expected. Dr. Mozumdar was also helpful, as he took me in last minute on a day that I accidentally walked in a day early due to a scheduling error on the portal. Dr. Koshar is very friendly and I had one visit with him as well. The least I could do to thank the doctors and staff for their help was to write a positive review. So thank you all!

I enjoyed all of my doctors I saw there but DHN is the absolute worst. My favorite NP left and so did the receptionist and since then they have had a revolving door of staff. Every time I call I speak to someone who is utterly incompetent which is the absolute worst when contacting a doctors office. Dr. Patton is retiring and I'm sure Dr. Ruth will be following. They made appointments I didn't ask for and could never get me appointments I did need. I can't even begin to explain all that they've done but steer clear.

I would recommend the physician but I'd also recommend and entire office staff replacement. The young girl sitting at the window could not be bothered by new patients. The office staff doesn't return phone calls. They treat you like you need to provide them a service. It sucks because Dr. Kuronya is an amazing doctor and so people oriented, it looks like the three office girls are giving the place a bad name. The last three times they have charged me 3 different co-pays and you get a bill 2 weeks later because they screwed it up but they insist they didn't. Way to ruin a great, honest doctors practice.

I have never had a doctor spend more time with me. He is very knowledgeable in both holistic and conventional medicine. I find this combination very important. Dr. Fleming has told me to take something that wound up making my initial symptoms worse, only for Dr. Jean to tell me that the medication he told me to take would make those symptoms worse. Their communication in recent months has been lacking. They do take time with you when they see you, but Dr. Fleming just reads results to you for bloodwork as he gets it during your appointment. There's just something not as good anymore as when I only occasionally went before the membership fees started. It's too cost prohibitive and I told Dr. Jean about something delicate that was causing me pain and she said not to do that, but it was something essential. I went to other doctors to help with that issue instead, although Morningstar says that they have these services under one roof. Respectfully, they need to tighten back up in a lot of areas. Admit when you're not sure instead of give unhelpful answers that leave the patient feeling unheard. Refer your patients elsewhere when necessary. Communication amongst staff has also been weak. One tells you that Dr. Jean does pelvic exams, but her answers to pelvic pain aren't there. She doesn't know and doesn't make any move to refer you or do an exam. There are other napro doctors around. Staff also has said numerous times that so and so would respond in x timeframe and it's always something where I feel like I'm chasing down answers whereas they say how they take your membership fee so they can serve you better. It's not better.
