After my computer was with the guy for a month I came by the shop and was told to contact Carlos their IT guy for a status. For 2 weeks straight I tried calling, texting, emailing, and visiting the shop just to be ignored, i had to contact the local police department just to get my laptop back. So when I got the Moto z, a much less expensive phone, I contacted them and it took multiple phone calls just to get them to send me a label to send the phone back to them. Then they wanted me to pay a $50 restocking fee for their error! It is now June and I have repeatedly called to cancel this service but they refuse to refund my money and would only give me credit on my optimum internet bill until the majority of what I paid in advance for their optimim mobile was provided back to me. During this time they made further charges on the credit card I used for my initial purchase and the mobile line was never activated! Customer service for this company involves repeatedly being transferred to someone else who almost always speaks poor English so is difficult to understand and repeatedly being put on hold. It's a nightmare!!!
