I have recently seen Austyn for dermaplaning and a facial at Symmetry Skin Studio and have been getting product from her for years. Austyn is a service specialist. In no way have I ever felt pressured to make a decision or buy anything from her but rather feel educated and empowered to make the choices I feel would be best for my skin. She offers guidance and knowledge, is honest and cares. For my first experience with dermaplaning, she confidently walked me through the process and put any nerves I had to rest. She was clean, meticulous, thorough yet gentle and efficient. As for the facial goes, it was by far the best facial I have ever received. Austyn took her time and I swear has hands of an angel and delivered heaven straight to my face. I always look forward to my monthly facials with Caitlin. You start off with a nice cleanser, you get a choice of dermabrasion or derma-planning along with a chemical peel. I've gone a few months without my facial during the holidays and I can see a noticeable difference. They also have other services such as Botox, fillers, lasers. I had my last session of Morpheus8 and excited to see the end result. The staff has become like family, I always look forward to seeing Angela and Caitlin. They're welcoming and has an ear to listen to your concern and gives amazing feedback without trying to upsell you. Can we talk about the interior? Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them -- and neither does basic integrity.

Never any pressure for anything which i appreciated! I could tell from the first tox appointment she was a very skilled injector but now after 3 visits, i have complete trust in her. She really put my mind at ease- I love my visits! The facility is great too and easy to get to in the tech center. They also have different programs that makes things even nicer (member vault and tox Tuesdays). I no longer worry about my skincare now that I've found Kyle! Procedures: Toxins and RF MN (Radiofrequency Microneedling) and BBL Corrective (BroadBand Light) treatments were great! Products: face cream and vitamin C serum. I normally have trouble with different face care products, but I absolutely love these products. Highly highly highly recommend!
