I thought it would better & easier to just have this thing printed right there in Scotland. I made the right choice. Mr. Jon Huffer was there every step of the way to answer all my questions, especially about the differences in European paper sizes! :-O He even managed to answer a question I had when he wasn't even in the office! Shoddy customer service and poor quality scans and copies. I went in looking for 2 large sized…read morecolour copies and digital scans. Initially the staff didn't seem that keen to serve me and I had a to wait for someone to even acknowledge my presence. On my return to collect the items the next day I even got some positively hostile looks. Did I interrupt something more important? I was somewhat annoyed to find they hadn't even bothered to put my originals and the copies back into the cardboard tube I had brought and had just wrapped them up in the brown paper I had also brought - not great, especially with the recent rain. This meant that when I left the shop and I lost control of the brown paper wrap, the copies slid out and ended up on the wet ground, which, with them being on tissue thin paper meant they are not in great condition now. If they had only put everything back in the tube I brought. In hindsight I should have done that myself but I just wanted to get out of the place In addition to this, once I got home and checked the scans, one of them is squint with part of the image off the side! I thought these guys were experts in scanning and copying - guess not ... wonder what it is they actually do?
