My print job was very small - just had to print off a couple of pages from an email I received. The service I received perhaps would have been reserved for a much larger job. My questions were answered, received a quote, and my request was given on-the-spot service. I didn't have to wait in a queue. Was in and out before you knew it. Good to see that some businesses know how to work well with a customer and produce a quality product. Well done and thank you!

Whenever I go to the store she attends me perfectly, she helps me with everything she can and makes things much easier for me since my English is not perfect, a very attentive and super nice girl, since the first day I came to buy a paper by chance I have always come back here from my house which is on the other side of Edinburgh just because of the good customer service they have... Thank you Maria, I wish you the best!

I thought it would better & easier to just have this thing printed right there in Scotland. I made the right choice. Mr. Jon Huffer was there every step of the way to answer all my questions, especially about the differences in European paper sizes! :-O He even managed to answer a question I had when he wasn't even in the office! Class act all the way! My project turned out fantastic and it was it big hit! With that said, this is the place to take your stuff for printing!

Initially the staff didn't seem that keen to serve me and I had a to wait for someone to even acknowledge my presence. On my return to collect the items the next day I even got some positively hostile looks. Did I interrupt something more important? I was somewhat annoyed to find they hadn't even bothered to put my originals and the copies back into the cardboard tube I had brought and had just wrapped them up in the brown paper I had also brought - not great, especially with the recent rain. This meant that when I left the shop and I lost control of the brown paper wrap, the copies slid out and ended up on the wet ground, which, with them being on tissue thin paper meant they are not in great condition now. If they had only put everything back in the tube I brought. In hindsight I should have done that myself but I just wanted to get out of the place In addition to this, once I got home and checked the scans, one of them is squint with part of the image off the side! I thought these guys were experts in scanning and copying - guess not ... wonder what it is they actually do?

It's even harder to get served with a request like that. But realistically, most people don't need upwards for 25,000 copies of something. Need to be a bit more welcoming to us commoners i think.

Basically you design your T-shirt on their website, send off a few details and hey presto, they send you your brand spanking new t-shirt. You can do pretty much anything with the designs, whether you just want text, or a logo or both. The text can be changed to the correct size and font and can be printed on the front and back. You can get t-shirts printed from £12 and hoodies from only £20 which is pretty good value seeing as you get to design them yourself. They generally take about a week to come through and if you have any problems you can email them or just pop down to Rose Street.
