Most recently a purchase during their 20% off sale this late summer my husband went in to purchase a Rainer Cherry Tree, even though they did not have one in stock they got one under a weeks time and still gave us the discount! Before this management the late summer sales were mostly to purge before the next coming season. The vigilance to customers now is astounding! I asked a few question. Didn't thank me and turned around abruptly. The prices for landscaping bushes are twice as expensive and half the size of Home Depot. I will not be purchasing any of my large landscaping plants from them. Seems like if you make small purchases you are not worthy of any customer service .

We are trying to get as much in the ground as possible before spring, taking advantage of Mother Nature's free watering in season. My wife and I have visited many nurseries, from Pierce County to Snohomish County, and we've been fortunate to have met many wonderful and knowledgable people at each one. Hobart Farms is our latest destination and our experience with them has been beyond five stars. Jessica, Domenic and Lilly have helped us so far - advising us about alternatives for bare spaces, recommendations on how to arrange new plants in a new garden, planting, feeding and lots of encouragement! We are hopefully close to done purchasing what we need to plant this season, but we are looking forward to our spring visits to Hobart Farms for more perennial fillers and annuals to fill our pots and other small spaces. If only they could help us hypnotize the squirrels to stay away from our tulip bulbs - well, that would be a six star review. Their indoor insulated greenhouse has an abundance of indoor house plants. We are not purchasing for indoors, but the selection they have is amazing! Watch for their Christmas festivities - Santa will be there! We wanted to spruce up our patio but have had a bad history with plants as they always seem to perish before they bloom. We were approached by Mr Rick outside in the garden area and were asked if we needed assistance. Not only did he take the time to explain to us what might work best for us he also gave us plenty of options when it came to budget. You can tell that Mr Rick truly loves his work and is passionate about this nursery. Now, not only is Watson's beautiful but the prices are very very reasonable.
