We even asked them to trim a couple of large limbs after they got here to do the work, and they gladly added that in at very little charge. They asked us if we were happy once they finished one tree, and they cut another limb just to please us. Not only did they blow away leaf and sawdust debris, but they also blew away grass trimmings from our mowing the day before. They are polite and dependable. When we called the company, they were here to give an estimate the same day, even though the owner was out of town at the time. We can't recommend them highly enough! Their work is excellent, and their employees are the best! We called other companies for estimates, and either they never responded, didn't show up, or quoted an exorbitant price. This company has very fair prices, wants your business, and gives more than you ask for. You don't need to call anyone else after you call these wonderful people! We are so glad we found this business.

After taking my deposit, the owner, Matthew Faile, completely disappeared and never returned to complete the work. Despite multiple promises to either begin the job or refund my money, nothing has happened. Every time I contact him, he gives a new excuse or a false promise that he'll "take care of it." It's been nearly two months of back-and-forth with no results--just a frustrating game of cat and mouse. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with Faile's Tree Service. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.
