Rob, Josh and Larry did an amazing job and were great to work with. I needed 3 very large pine trees removed from my back yard, one of which was damaged half-way up and in danger of falling. Rob arranged for a crane and was able to clear it out with no damage to any surrounding area. When they were finished, their cleanup left no evidence that they had been there. Rob Cantara did removed a very large mulberry tree that started growing sideways and causing issues, along with some smaller sweet gum and elm trees that sprouted up too close to my AC units. He also did a great job with removing a 10ft holly bush that took over my front entryway. Rob was very quick to respond, and very informative about trees in general. I wanted to take down an oak tree that grows close to an elm and he talked me into trimming them instead because they are both healthy. I really appreciated his knowledge and advice. I had Robert come out to give an estimate on trimming 10-12 tall bushes and cut up a tree that damaged by a storm. He put together a quote and we agreed upon a date to do the work. On the day when he was supposed to start my job, he called and said he had to work on a much larger job and wouldn't get to my job. Another date was scheduled and this time Robert called to say the job he was supposed to complete grew in scope and he would have to reschedule. The third attempt to performed my work was met by equipment failure and he confirmed he would call when the equipment was repaired. End of story - he didn't call and never responded to my repeated texts and phone calls. Robert is very unprofessional and fails to realize what customer service entails. read more

I contacted Robert Canatara back in July about removing two trees from my front yard. He came and examined the trees, gave me a quote, and we signed a contract saying he would do the job on August 28th. After multiple rescheduling or just not showing up when scheduled, it is now almost October and my trees are still standing. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend him. read more
