I…read morerequested several times they schedule the dogs 1 week apart because it's easier for me to just handle 1 at a time. Today when they phoned I was asked if the appointment was for both dogs. My wife made the appointment so I asked her and she said she thought so. I dropped both off at 10AM. I ran out of things to waist time doing so pulled in their lot past noon even though they hadn't called. After setting in the lot a while I went in to check and was told 1st dog would be another 15 minutes. Jeanne then in a not nice tone of voice told me I could never bring the dogs again at the same time. It was her who recently told me how behaved they'd been and I should bring them in together. I reminded her I preferred bringing them a week apart and it's also easier on them to not have the dogs acting up with each other. Someone said that's no problem because they have extra help. They'd always done such a nice job but I don't appreciate being talked to that way especially when it was me who didn't want to bring them in together. We paid cash with a nice tip but I won't return.

Our old dog struggled in his last months. they were so kind and attentive the many times we took him in. When it was his time, and we took him in to have him put down, the Vets and the staff were so gentle and kind to our dog, and to us. Several months later, one of our kitties got terribly sick. She spent several days at the clinic and they went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong. I thought she was probably not going to live but they saved her life. They are very reasonably priced. I cant say enough good things about this clinic.

With blood spurting everywhere he was crying in pain and tried to get away. From the techs reaction they knew something was wrong. They asked me to help hold him so they could finish. It took me 5 minutes to calm him down again. Was supposed 2 b Painless and Peaceful. I was losing a family member. No compassion. Later, emailed the clinic but got no reply.

On our recent family vacation we decided to bring our two small dogs with us who we absolutely…read moreadore but this also limited some of the outings we wanted to do. We were so fortunate to find Martha's Deadwood Doghouse. She worked with us in terms of dropping off time for what was going to be a full day of day care but a very short notice turned into an overnight stay. She made sure to follow all of the instructions we had in terms of food, water and sleeping arrangements for our little ones. She also communicated with me all throughout their time with her and even sent me a photo so that I could know that they were doing great. In all honesty my dogs don't do boarding all that well they're normally pretty freaked out by the next day. However, when I picked them up the next day they were both calm and relaxed which was a wonderful surprise. With her being located less than five minutes from deadwood it made getting back-and-forth incredibly convenient. If we're ever in the area again we absolutely will use her services and wish she was located closer to our home so that we could have someone that reliable and amazing to look after our dogs all the time.
